PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR CHECKOUT PROCEDURE IS FOR ONTARIO-BASED CUSTOMERS ONLY. IF YOU LIVE ELSEWHERE, PLEASE EMAIL OR PHONE YOUR ORDER IN, INCLUDING ADDRESS, AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN EXACT PRICE WITHIN A FEW DAYS. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AS WE WORK ON EXPANDING THIS SITE.
All orders placed will be shipped as soon as possible. We will reply, through email, shipping costs within 1 business day. If the current item is in stock, it will be shipped within 24hrs (unless order is placed on a weekend or holiday, and then it will go out on the next business day). If an item is not in our stock, it will normally ship within a week.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Cancelled orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds/returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or store credit, less shipping expenses. Buyer must advise through phone or email if they are returning an order, or a 10% restocking fee will apply.
